High Pointe Company is designed for committed dancers who are ready for elevated training, meaningful performance opportunities, and the excitement of competition.

Through focused technique, intentional choreography, teamwork, and accountability, dancers are challenged to grow in a positive environment built around excellence, confidence, and support.

Company placement is determined through audition and instructor evaluation.

Perform in group routines, solos, duos, and trios

High Pointe offers several Company pathways designed for different ages, experience levels, and levels of commitment.

MINI COMPANY

An introductory competitive experience for younger dancers who are ready for additional training, teamwork, and performance opportunities.

REGIONAL COMPANY

A balanced competitive program for dancers seeking strong training and meaningful performance opportunities with a manageable travel commitment.

NATIONAL COMPANY

An elevated training and competition experience for highly committed dancers seeking additional conventions, competitions, choreography, and performance opportunities.

Team names, levels, and placements may vary each season based on auditions, age, ability, commitment, and enrollment.

COMPANY COMMITMENT

Company participation requires a commitment to:

Required weekly technique classes
Scheduled rehearsals
Choreography sessions
Competitions and conventions
Consistent attendance
Positive teamwork and studio conduct

COMPANY AUDITIONS

Company auditions are held annually.

Dancers are evaluated based on technique, performance quality, work ethic, maturity, commitment, and overall readiness. Audition registration does not guarantee placement.

Dancers interested in future Company opportunities are encouraged to participate in High Pointe Training throughout the year.
