TRAINING | AGES 7+

High Pointe Training is designed for dancers who are ready to strengthen their technique, improve performance quality, and grow through focused, consistent instruction.

Dancers may select individual technique classes or combine multiple options to create a training schedule that supports their experience, interests, and goals.

Company membership is not required. Returning dancers and dancers with outside experience are welcome.

Training classes focus exclusively on technical development and do not participate in the annual recital.

ABOUT OUR TRAINING CLASSES

BALLET

Builds strength, alignment, control, flexibility, and a strong technical foundation.

JAZZ

Develops clean lines, musicality, coordination, movement quality, and performance skills.

PBT

Progressing Ballet Technique uses specialized exercises to improve core strength, alignment, muscle memory, and overall technique.

MOVEMENT QUALITY

Helps dancers develop musicality, dynamics, fluidity, and intentional movement while learning to pick up choreography quickly as needed at conventions.

SKILLS: TURNS & LEAPS

Focuses on proper progressions for turns, jumps, and leaps.

PERFORMANCE TRAINING & CONDITIONING

Builds strength, stamina, confidence, and overall performance ability.

TAP TECHNIQUE

Improves rhythm, clarity, musicality, coordination, and tap vocabulary.

POM PREP

Prepares dancers for school and collegiate pom programs through precision, strength, performance quality, and skill development.


MONTHLY TRAINING TUITION

Tuition is based on each dancer’s total weekly training hours.

1 Hour Per Week — $75

Unlimited Training — $310

Unlimited Training includes all eligible Training classes offered for the dancer’s age and level.

Tuition is charged monthly. Dancers may register for one class or multiple classes to create a schedule that supports their goals.
